Bloomin’ Onion is not an Australian dish. Outback Steakhouse is an invention from a night of heavy drinking by the founders. Nothing Aussie about it according to several Aussie friends. Even the decor is fake.
I had a friend who was hospitality director a large music venue in St. Louis. He said one of the singers wanted a bowl of M&Ms in their dressing room…with only green candies.
Unfortunately, Scott does not know much about Australia. Only Vegemite is legit. Bloomin’ onions are not a thing in Australia. What Americans call shrimp, Aussies call prawns. Shrimps are teeny tiny prawns. (A barbie is Aussie slang for BBQ.)

I’ve seen some of these “riders”. These “children” don’t deserve to even be allowed on the stage!

My daughter was interviewed by Sharon Osbourne while passing through London. I don’t think she really grasped who it was until I explained it to her.

You would think a “dressing room” already had all the ingredients for word salads.
