They’re not renamed after all people, just the “evil” ones. The funniest thing is that they were going to change their own national association’s name. Some of the local groups are obviously more virtuous, and are changing.
Times have changed, but naming birds after people doesn’t make sense. The name should say something about the bird. For example, a red bird is more descriptive than a cardinal.
