Somehow being an attorney is a lot like being a journalist. Both have to deal with the worst of the worst. Lawyers have to defend them and reporters have to write about them.
This strip gives me occasion to vent something that’s been on my mind a long time. Replays are presented only with the present date. However, this is not the correct date for this strip. The reference to the White House and the then POTUS gives an indication. The historical/political context is often a mystery for us that are not US citizens or do not live in the US.
