Not sure if this is a fact, but I’ve heard that domesticated turkeys will look up when it’s raining, allow raindrops to collect in their nostrils, and drown.
Turkey hunting is not for the impatient. It’s a blessing that more turkey hunters are not shot while hunting, especially b/c they have to use mega camouflage.
