oh it is confirmed then that he … got .. a new job?? in the café?? boy can’t wait to see him get fired….

He’s actually proud of his wife’s success?? Almost restores my belief in miracles!!

Nick? I thought he went off to college and got written out of the strip.Gumbo? Never heard of him.

Nick and Gumbo got screentime, it is Thanksgiving after all.

And the knowledge that I can get a tip if I’m nice.

I don’t see a turkey on the table. Can they truly be thankful?

No, Adam is gonna thrive at the coffee shop. If there’s something he knows well, it’s coffee!!! And, then, all the coffee he drinks & coffee “fumes” he inhales will give him a sudden burst of inspiration & he’ll write his blockbuster novel. But, I would like to see more of Nick & Gumbo.

Ah memories! Will call my sister, “one ear” today to wish her a Happy Thanksgiving.

This is a monthly reminder that Gumbo still exists. Also, it’s a semiannual reminder that Nick still exists.

Nick and Gumbo need more screen time.

or

b) The revenue she made doing whatever it was she did outside the home
