I’m proud of my humility. And I’ll bop anyone who disagrees with me.

On her deathbed St Therese of Lisieux said “I think maybe I am humble…” That brought me up short. Surely if you think you’re humble, you’re not?

A different kind of humble I think!

Shermy got humbled.

Now they’ll go home and eat humble pie for dessert.

That reminds me of an in-law I knew, a quasi-JewBu, who was proud that he “had no ego”. I was going to point out the irony, but I didn’t want to hurt his feelings.

Humble, and Proud of it!!

Sounds pretty prideful to me.

I used to be arrogant but now I am humble. In fact, I am one of the most humble people who has ever lived. You little people couldn’t possibly understand how humble I have become.

More like a humbler than humblest.

I have a lot to be humble about.
