Oh, telephone line, give me a sign, I’m living in twilight. Okay, so no one’s answeringWell, can’t you just let it ring a little longer, longer, longer? OhI’ll just sit tight through shadows of the nightLet it ring forevermore-ELO
I was just thinking last night that I miss the sound of a phone ring in the evening. With texting and emails seems nobody we know calls us just to chat now. I realized I don’t even know the sound of some of my friend’s and client’s voices. We only chat on screens.

It’s more fun making up your own stories, Charlie! I haven’t seen a 1950’s phone like that in over a half century.

Does anyone remember how long Schulz used this old drawing style? It kinda gives me the creeps to see the familiar characters looking so different.

Some libraries have a number you can call and get your choice of a story over the phone for children.
