Once had a neighbor with a pit bull. Not mean at all; friendly, joyful…but really dumb. One day they were playing in the nearby greenbelt when I came home with groceries to unload, and he saw me with the car door open and came bounding over to say hello.
Smacked his head at a full run right into the edge of the open door. Didn’t yelp in pain or anything. His total reaction was like “how come I’m not moving forward any more?”
