I’m fortunate to live just ½ mile from where I work .. and about 60% of the route has dedicated bicycle lanes .. and it’s basically flat terrain. So, yes, I bike it every day .. and I walk 30 minutes after lunch, every day. I take a change of clothing in my backpack for office wear.
As said, I realize that I’m in an ‘ideal’ situation .. so, I take full advantage of it.
That’s why I love that my workplace has a fitness room with a shower. I come to work two hours early, do a 30-minute power walk and 5-minute cool down on the treadmill and take a shower. I leave my house in my exercise clothes and bring a change.
If talking on the phone makes you sweaty, you may have hyperhidrosis. A doctor can help you with that. Regardless, wear the sweatsuit… that’s literally what they’re for! :-)
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Thursday! Have a great day, all!
For the past 20 years I have walked to work although it only takes a few seconds – from the main floor to the basement. I do take the stairs fairy often though – like just a few moments ago when I had to tell my wife about the lovely anniversary greetings from yesterday. Thank you for the good wishes – we did have a good day as it was massage day. We skipped the dinner out since we spent 12 days eating in restaurants while we were in Arizona.

It’s not the heat; it’s the humidity….

I exercise but never to the “dripping sweat” point. I admire my cat. She stays in shape but she never breaks a sweat. :)

Wonder how sweaty rolling her eyes makes her?
Oops—pretty sure that’s us reading. Ha.
