I don’t think the FAA will be much help to you, Gunny. It’s a different kind of “no-fly list” you need, Of course, the CDC will be no help, either (they’d require hundreds of billions of dollars and several decades of time to develop a “no-fly” remedy, which might or might not work)….
I am actually worried about the extremely low number of insects this year. I had bought silicone covers for the cat’s food bowl many years ago and was happy every year to have them to keep insects out, hat to set up traps for fruit flies and for flour moths. This summer close to nothing. Didn’t even needed the silicone covers, no matter how warm it was and how much the cat food stank. Very disconcerting.
