    I feel spinach has a very mild flavor, not sure why some don’t like it. I saute it in a wok in a little butter and garlic. Yummy.

    I wonder where the “kids hate spinach” thing came from. I thought spinach was fine when I was a kid. Lima beans, on the other hand – yuk.

    As a boy, I only had canned spinach and my mother’s boiled-to-death spinach recipe. Now I eat fresh spinach in almost every dish I cook.
