Looks like Mr. Pennybags wears tweed in daylight.

How I long for those days… if there ever were such days.

In panel #2, I find Ernie’s rendering of Sluggo winding up a pitch to be priceless.

In panel #3 we get to view a Hover Hat taking flight in response to Sluggo’s practised pitch.

For a three panel strip, I think it to be a wonderful notice of an incoming baseball season!
