Sluggo’s a temporal relativist.

Took me 20 minutes to figure this comic out. Should I go with I now understand the theory of relativity or I’m just dumb? Yeah, I’m with stupid (me pointing at my crotch).

Must be the state line between Arizona and New Mexico.

Forty minutes in the future but in a state that’s one hour behind us. Makes perfect sense.

I wish Sluggo was pointing to New Jersey…

More likely the state line between Utah and Arizona.

Or Illinois and Indiana

Indiana was also a non-DST state until about 20 years ago.

The state line…where the best fireworks are, or a certain liquor is, and the place that if you make it across the cops can’t touch you.

Alberta and Saskatchewan. Except for Lloydminster. End daylight saving time and promote year round standard time.

This happened to me online. The time of a post was stated as so many minutes ago but when I clicked on “Back” it changed to “in x minutes”.

The states that don’t change their clocks are senseable

I once drove westward across the Florida panhandle and didn’t notice I had crossed into the central time zone until I stopped for dinner in Panama City Beach. It was after five eastern time but I was the youngest customer by about thirty years because the rest of the diners were seniors taking advantage of the early bird specials.

Unlikely, but possible.
