Yep… it is That Time of the Year. In my many years I have heard people complain that they do not like raisins, dried berries (cran, blue, cherry), and many nuts. When I ask why… they tell me they taste or look like bugs. I try Very hard not to ask how they know what bugs taste like. But Holiday foods are filled with those kinds of ingredients. So… a salad bar or restaurant who targets selling bugs during the winter… kind of makes sense! Just don’t expect much profit!

There was a nightclub here in the DC area called The Insect Club back in the 90s. Served all insect-based foods.
