I’ve never understood that simile. A barrel of monkeys sounds terrible.

It time they took notice about all that monkey business.

There use to be a game called “A Barrel Of Monkeys” in the 60’s. I use to have one.

No, that’s the barrel you shoot fish out of.

It should be obvious that the report was wrong. They are obviously lots of fun. How can a barrel full of monkeys not be fun?

It’s no fun since some one pooped then threw it at us

The expression is “more fun than a barrel full of monkeys”. It doesn’t directly state that the barrel full of monkeys is fun, only that other things are more so. It isn’t the fault of the monkeys if people take it the wrong way.

To each their own but I could never figure out how close quarter poo throwing was supposed to be fun. There are some real freaks out there.

It doesn’t look like they’re having fun, it is kinda cramped in there.

Police should take care not to end up getting barreled over with their monkeyshines.
