Good heavens, a customer who apologizes for bad behaviour! What next? Will the sky fall?

There’s nothing like that someone having the ‘I will bite your face off and chew slowly as YOU are the last straw.’ look to cause concern…especially when that someone is about to know your name AND address.

Being able to sleep with eyes open is a good thing at times.

At the store that I grocery shop, it’s the opposite problem for me. Plenty of carts but baskets can be hard to find. And I alway want a basket.

There’s more uncomfortable truth in the customer’s behavior that not. The slightest inconvenience or something not going exactly as a customer wants and they erupt. I read about an employee at a fast food place getting shot because the establishment ran out of a food item, but to get into a verbal or physical altercation, shooting, or killing someone over a minor thing is beyond the pale.
