Efficiency will not be tolerated by “civilized” society.

Oh, I dunno. Had a very helpful customer service rep today and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

There is no service until to defeat the three AI challenges, grasshopper.

Too often it became “cuss-tomer service with a sneer’” especially if you asked for service during break time. But in many Big Box Stores, Sales Associates now have smart phones to locate items hard to find on your own.

They are not used to receiving helpful information!

I always tried to give the best customer service I could.

It’s a lost art.

One almost expects an argument anymore…

I was with customer service for half an hour today. This would have been more straightforward.

I’ve occasionally wondered if some are purposefully obtuse in a passive aggressive way.
