Does money really corrupt, or… does it bring out one’s true self?

Rich people aren’t any worse or better than everyone else, they just had better luck.

Please – i could write up a test scenario that allows her to do what she did without saying she stole it… and the donor would accept it.

Sure, not much else changes for her outside of the need to write up the findings and being able to say she’s not a thief.

Did the money change her? I don’t care. I’m more interested in knowing where you can apply for a $1 billion grant like that.

Too bad she didn’t finish the experiment.

Empirical evidence suggests that the truly wealthy do not perceive themselves as rich enough. More money only leads to needing more money. And it only benefits them and their eventual heirs.

A actual study found that being wealthy mostly made people feel entitled.

“It turns out that having more money doesn’t necessarily make a person more inclined to share their money with others — in fact, research suggests the opposite is true.”
