Add onions, a few bamboo shoots, a hard boiled egg and you have many breakfasts in med school. And maybe a slice or two of cooked pork. Breakfast of champions. Or at least starving first years.
when I got out of the military working and going to college, would buy a 24 pack of ramen noodles, a dozen eggs, a couple cans of spam / rotisserie chicken, a few bags of frozen veggies and a bag of apples/pears. that was pretty much a week worth of breakfast and dinners. for dessert a 40 oz colt mail liquor.
