When I was at a military academy, we were taught to walk with our elbows in. When you eject from a fighter plane, the cockpit entrance is very narrow. Anything not tucked in gets left behind.
The was a place in San Francisco called the Elbow room. I saw many great shows there, but it appears to be closed down now, but still retains the Oakland/Jack London Square venue.
