Looks like Trout has made Calvin’s acquaintance.

The first amendment allows fools to self identify. Although not all speakers actually ARE fools.

(We are a select group.)

The snowmans right hand had a finger amputated between panel 1 and 3.(Does that qualify as a man?)

Trout’s snowman is related to what is usually sitting on the dresser.

That quote is variously attributed to many others, ie, Abraham Lincoln and Mark Twain to name a few. It may well have been aphorized from Proverbs 17:28, which depending on the translation reads, “Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent, and discerning if they hold their tongues.”

I’ve never seen buck-teeth on a snowman before. The ear trumpets are a delicate touch too.
