Shots are not that bad. The only one that I had was the original polio vaccine. It Hurt. It felt as though the needle went in one soulder and all the way to the other. But never had polio, so it was worth the one day of Ouch!
According to all of my Vet-Tech friends, ALL pets should have ALL of their vaccinations kept up to date; it saves a lot of heart-ache and needless cost to treat a disease that could have been prevented instead.

Who wants to do some shots?!

With the right technique, you barely notice it. It’s better than the illness the vaccination prevents.

Something tells me we just discovered Shawm’s biggest fear. I agree with him.

All that and you still have to keep your ‘wag’ going.

Shawm doesn’t seem too sure any more.

Do animals still need shots? I should think they could have something mixed in with their food. Perhaps not?

I have never had a dog that even noticed that they were getting a shot.
Vets and their med-techs are good.

We found a great vet when we emigrated. The cats and dogs all love her. The chooks not so much.
