Wow… a cafeteria. I haven’t seen one outside of a school, hospital or a prison in years. Okay, I should explain that last one. I was a teacher preparing inmates for their GED test. It was a side-gig to my regular teaching job. I still kind of miss the open roast beef sandwiches at Furr’s Cafeteria.

Bread and fry anything. A few bowls of sauces on the side and a beer, call it curated, charge a premium and you’ve got a meal. Pretzels extra.
