What did I tell you the last time you acted like this, Buckles? Paul and Jill are very good to you, the least you can do is get the paper for them.

Good boy, Buckles, cooperation is usually the best way to go!

Buckles expressions in todays cartoon are just precious , all are . But the third panel with Pauls pointing up with his finger and that meek sweet expression on our precious Buckles is the winner : )

Buckles may bring the paper back soaked through with drool. Paul said to fetch the paper, he didn’t specify what condition it had to be in.

First of all he could have shoveled the sidewalk to make it easier to get the paper. Secondly, the paper is laying in the snow….hahaha!! I hope it is unreadable when it dries out
