Oh no! I’ve been waiting for the return of the Dog’s Haiku (my favorite Buckles’ cartoons) and I’ve missed the first one. Gotta go back and find it!

Yes , this one is so cute , but it is hard to beat the " precious " Buckles chasing his tail like in the Haiku # 1 but he is the best always : )
A Dog’s Limerick #1:
There once was Buckles the dog,
who just loved a bit of a snog.
He gives out great kisses, and he never misses.
You could say he’s an affection hog…
It’s adorable the way Buckles really shows love to Paul and Jill.

Someone needs a serious lesson in Haiku creation…That used to be an exercize in elementary school; teach what a Haiku is and have the kids try to create one…Taught by an American teacher not related to the Japanese…
Except I’m still trying to teach my pooch not to lick.
