    I used to make more new years resolutions. Then fewer. Then none. The number I’ve kept each year is unchanged.

    Though a few autumns ago I DID resolve to actually freakin’ DO my daily 15 minutes of exercise… and brush teeth twice daily and those I’ve kept.

    I made a resolution several years ago to stop making New Year’s resolutions. So far I’ve stuck to it.

    I stopped making New Year’s resolutions when I decided it didn’t make sense for me to wait for some artificial deadline to make changes. If I need to make a change, I’ll start now.
