Avoid the news in the evenings. Turn off all social media. Read your favorite comics instead.

I can gather all the news that I need on the weather report…
Shut off all devices….8:00 pm and relax your mind….
I’ll try to remember that, Eighball.
And never sleep with one eye open, Weenus…. uh, never mind…
Better to watch the news, than BE the news. (Unless it’s something like winning the lottery.)
So many rules, so little bedtime.
