There is nothing alpha man anything in a life of a married man. A man says 2 words to get married… I DO, then only says 2 words till his death… YES DEAR!
He knows it is a mirror, but doesn’t know what a mirror is? He has been living in the house for xx years and this is the first time he saw his reflection?
Roscoe REWLS. After years of this strip, I’m just ecstatic that he’s being made into an active character. I’d read a strip that was >just< about him!! 8^D
If humans don’t take the alpha position in a home, the dog, even if passive, will take over. They need to know their position in the pecking order or they aren’t happy. I have seen it happen. My dog is a therapy dog, is very good at her work, but she knows that if we disagree on a plan, I might or might not go along with her idea. We are pretty much a partner to each other that way, but bottom line, I am in charge of my home. I just also recognize her choices and sometimes agree with her.

Does Roscoe really want to call attention to what he did yesterday? O well… they’ll realize it sooner or later, anyway

No such thing as an alpha male. What researchers thought were the alpha couple in a pack turned out to be the pack’s parents.

So, bite him and show him.
