That is so Cat. Mine do the same.

I only got the leap, not the hug. And the leap, of course, was onto my stomach, like a bowling ball falling out of the sky or the roof caving in on me.

Hugs after hours.

Aww, that’s so cute!

Awww, heartwarming. I had a foster dog who needed hugs and lullabies in the wee hours of the morning. He had been chained up outside the first 3 years of his life. He’s good now in his forever home.

I get the leap and a nudge from a cold nose. Cuddles then ensue.

Attack of the midnight zoomies.

Pets want attention when they want it.

Aww!!! There’s nothing better than a late night love fest with the fur babies!

Love the ears, as always! Missy doesn’t get much during the night except when I awaken for a bathroom trip. She just snoozes right through. Matter of fact, she was pretty much crushed last night as I struggled to get out. Didn’t complain, just sorta stayed asleep!

Love how the cat is jumping over the clock in nursery rhyme fashion.

Just letting you know she’s on the job, and if that finger twitch had been a mouse, she’d be all over it.

I am grateful for a dog who sleeps all night and I have to wake her up in the mornings. She will get petted if I wake up during the night, though.

Sirius doesn’t want to be left out of the fun. I’m sure he won’t be!
