    Here in Japan, many trees are over one hundred years old and several are over a thousand. Watch them and nourish them and if necessary, provide physical support and they will return the favor.

    Oh no, she could choke on a feather from the pillow (too say nothing of the eyes on that bear), she might be trapped in the blanket if there’s a fire, the bed’s too high she could fall and break her neck, carbon monoxide from the furnace, etc.

    To be fair, the neighbors tree was ripped out of the ground and thrown over the roof of the house. That had nothing to do with the health of the tree with roots in the air. Lucky their tree and house avoided that gust of wind.

    If the tree is that big that it is a threat to the house, she might change her mind once she gets bids of $10k+ + the tree likely adds $10K to the value of their house.
