A real Plugger will just put that used tea bag in their mouth and slowly sip hot water.

I can usually get three servings from a tea bag. Love my Peppermint tea in the mornings and Chamomile in the evenings.

I use the tea bag twice by removing it and squeezing out the water after less than a minute the first time I use it.

No, it takes two bags, and i wring them out into the cup.

Not true.

I use loose leaf tea and make a whole batch, dilute it to the strength I like and then store it in the frig. When I want a cuppa, I pour some in a cup and nuke it.

Tea snob here, tea bags are junk tea, they are the dregs swept from the floors. Loose leaf is the only tea to drink. Tea bags re-steeped? No. Loose leaf, many you can.

You can sit in a diner and drink coffee until it’s coming out of your ears, but you only get one tea bag if drinking tea.

I do it all the time. It’s a manufacturers ploy to get you to only use teabag once and buy more !

Most Pluggers I’ve known make their tea so weak, they can get 2 if not 3 cups from a teabag easily.

Sometimes I’ll do that with coffee grounds. I’ll add a TB of fresh grounds to the used grounds to make about 2 more cups.

My mother always used one tea bag for several cups of tea.

I only use a tea bag once.
