Rose: “Yet. I have a book…”
5 cents, please.
That little blond girl coming through the door must not be feeling well. She is awfully pale.
Foster’s might take him!
So Spud’s imaginary friend is too powerful for his imagination. As someone said on Monday, his imaginary friend is real enough for Seagull to see.
But she does like telling people what to do..!
Gary’s story plot unfolds
So Rose’s advice is “See a therapist”. Not the worst idea for Spud.
Rose’s line should be more of “I’m not a miracle worker.”
Panel 1 – Seagull peeking around the corner. He must be checking to see if Rose is on hall duty.
Spud needs to re-task Gary. Ask him to oversee the school cafeteria. Any other suggestions?
Should we REALLY git rid of Gary? I think we need more Gary’s. I mean, as I type this, do any of you think I have a sandwich?:…………………………….my point.
No but she’s definitely a good start….
Whelp, they tried. Because if Rose doesn’t know, then obviously nobody does and there’s no point continuing to try. :P
Spud needs to pass Gary on to some other worthy soul. Who do we know that always needs a sandwich? Other than Spud?
“To the library!!”
But is she an exorcist?
If You never want to see Gary again, lend him some money.
Who else is going to bring sandwiches? Gary can’t help he’s as big as a house.
“Who you gonna call?”
Rose is currently wondering how she ever became friends with spud
Your imaginary friend will eventually go away as you get older. Your I.F. is just trying to be relevant in the short time he has. What you need to do is find another, younger, child who will take over your I.F.
Ah yes. The fetching young lass who is the font of knowledge and incipient (she is young after all) wisdom. Good move.
I’m not sure an Imaginary Friend qualifies as a neurosis.
