Leaves are fun, until there’s work to be done.
When I was a kid, we used to burn them in an incinerator in the backyard, which was a 50 gallon drum with some holes punched near the bottom and a piece of screen on top. Of course, in those days, the sky was blue.
it was fun till you had to put them away. :J
At least Len is wearing his cap the right way today.
Oh, just pull out the mower and mow up the leaves—it’s what I do and that seems to work well enough as well as be a bit easier than raking them.
It’s either that or just leave them right where they fall and let nature handle the rest—that also seems to work okay.
I love that Colin’s jacket is color-coordinated with the colors of the leaves.
