the officials can only call what they see,
curious as to why the networks NEVER show the perspective of the officials, they show every other angle using slow motion and freeze frame and zoom
it would be interesting to see the various talking bobble heads officiate a game while their every call is scrutinized.
and this is why I have not watched the NFL since Rams/Saints 2018. The officials still do not know what is pass interference, roughing the quarterback, intentional grounding.
this is extended to other professional sporting events.
