I think it’s his full bladder that’s making him wobble around.

Well that answers the question about Corky’s being open 24 hours. It’s no Waffle Haus.

A three-part classics update is on the menu for the 25th:

Sowbelly Simms the bunkhouse cook pulls out of what’s turning into a volatile situation outside of Conniption. He may take up a safer occupation, like blasting through the mountains as a dynamite handler for the Northern Pacific Railroad.

The outcome of the vote for the Big Stare or the New Look may not turn out to be as easy to handicap as it seems, as Brenda tries to get the feelings of a few voters.

Clovia is asking a lot of people for advice about her and Slim, but she doesn’t seem to be doing much listening. Which is probably not so much of a problem, as she’s the one who’s going to have to live with her decision, whichever way it goes.

“Fat Boy Slim” looks tipsy, hope he doesn’t get pulled over.

I wonder if he has a bed in shop? He could crash in the back seat of his car (If its a Lincoln Continental Mark V).

Back in the mid ’70s; my work foreman was driving a ’69 Continental. Having lived a brief spell with him and his family, we would drive back and forth from Vallejo to Fairfield with me sometimes at the wheel. It was neat to get to operate a high level trim car. :-)
