Too true, and one of the main reasons I rarely shop for anything, except groceries, in person anymore.
The truck stop I go to sends me a survey. I pay at the pump, and leave. They want to know “did you meet the staff.” No. Submit. Done.
I ignore / delete /mark as spam those ‘how did we do’ emails. Our Walmart neighborhood grocery screen also displays the same after one finishes checking oneself out. I ignore that as well…

Those surveys, regardless of whether they’re in store or online, are a waste of time!
