There was a time when on the wee hours of Saturday morning, the Missus and I would close the place down. Now we go to bed while others are just leaving for their night of partying.
Just did this. I’m in charge of a Friday morning workout for my group (F3, if any of you know) and I convinced myself for two weeks straight that I was on the mend and should get back to exercising. And I was very wrong by the same afternoon both times.
I like to lay the blame on Delirium. Which tends to cover up the realization that I passed ‘whatever it is/was’ to so many others and will have to cover for them while they wisely convalesce at home with someone offering the occasional ‘poor baby’.
