We do dog therapy with a small golden retriever. I had been looking at a chart showing dog’s human equivalent age based on their weight, and that dog is overweight enough to be 59 years old in human years. If she lost at least 10 lbs, she would be 49 years old. My dog, at her weight which is on the thin side, is 69 years old. In dog years, the golden is 7, my dog is 13. Size and weight have a lot to do with how “old” dogs are.

Load of bunk. Humans almost never give birth at 7 or 70. Dogs often do at 1 & 10. A dog’s more likely to reach 15 than human’s 105.

never liked the name “forever 21”. sounds like someone died at the age 21, and will forever be 21….

For dogs, 2 is closer to 21 than 3
