I just tell the nurse to not tell me my weight and I keep my eyes averted. I know I am overweight. I also know I haven’t gained or lost any significant amount in well over 10 years. I exercise and don’t overeat ( but I eat what I want). However, you can’t beat genetics and I am on a medication that makes weight loss difficult.

If only……

Yeah, there’s too many unemployed scales out the already.

looks like they have the scale set up in the waiting room? (since the receptionist is sitting right there behind the counter)…they tryin’ to embarrass their patients into losing some weight??

Just do what a lot of people do, and lie about what it says.
