One of the things that led to Blockbuster’s demise was that, toward the end, they lifted any deadlines and late fees for movie returns. Thus, people just kept them and Blockbuster lost a lot of revenue and inventory.
Out with all the outdated services!!!
He can use them to get out of an awkward situation: “I have to return some videotapes.”
You might as well, since there aren’t any Blockbusters any more….
