Okay. “Tank” is (at least now,) supposed to be RIp’s clone, who somehow escaped the lab where he created, and, had no memories. But I thought that Breezy, at at least in part, nurtured him. Has Dan being trying to say that Cobra did more than Breezy?

The goons could not make Cobra cry, but Tank sure did.
