A temporary? looks to me like he was there for life.
Myers is gone, but his silhouette lingers on.
Did Myers know he was temporary? Or did he just find out about it?

did he fall thru the floor??…(for those that don’t get sarcasm, yeah, I know what it is…lol!)
He made all his deadlines.
And it was almost payday.
But he made a lasting impression.
We had to let him go. He kept painting on the floor.
(Note to cartoonists everywhere: no one had done chalk outlines of bodies since cheap cameras were invented in the late Twentieth Century.)
