if i remember correctly i think my dad started taking me to see yankees v red sox games in fenway park around 1962 or ’63…saw a number of games, even saw Whitey Ford hit a home run…he was red sox fan, and i became yankee fan when i was 7 and started checking standings in newspaper (1960)
