More dilly-dallying… sigh
ENOUGH ALREADY!
I bet the denoument will be nothing—that this arc is just a gimmick to draw in viewers!!
The obvious inspiration of the Mills Brothers’ I Heard, filtered through Jim Lowe’s The Little Man In Chinatown.
This is like the Andy Griffith show when Barney says “It’s big, biggest thing that’s ever happened” before finally getting to the point!
The suspense is killing me. Cut to the chase already.
Seriously, stop it.
Well, it is a cute joke . .
But what is the real news? What is not the fake news?
I’ll check back around Thanksgiving and see if they’ve gotten anywhere with this…
lets drag this on for a year …on the plus side its not Rufus and joel….
Just a guess, but perhaps it involves the garage. Either a new competing garage is coming to Gasoline Alley or some project is acquiring the land.
Drawing this idiocy out for another week, I see.
At this point I’m hoping the strip isn’t ending less because I’d hate to see it go and more because I’d be incredibly irritated they’re wasting so many of the remaining strips teasing the announcement instead of giving an actual sendoff.
This ceased to be funny or interesting some time ago!
Plenty of that everywhere too, Uncle Walt!
From Peant Gallery over at the Curmudgeon:
“What happened to fake news! How should I know! What happened to question marks!”
So tomorrow’s strip is that they want to change the name of “Gasoline Alley”. Wow.
