Count Ludwig

He’s a count? I will treat him with due respect now that I know.

That’s up there with Harley’s cat Lord Clawington Von Zebra Destroyer the III.

Our last cat (a leftover kitten from a stray litter) we named Claude.

Aww what a cute picture on the card. Sad looking kitties, who know they have a visit to the vet in their future.

My kitty’s second name is “Galore.” 3 guesses what her first name is.

Our lady cat’s full name is Eleanor of Aquitaine, after the Duchess who became Queen of France (wife of Louis VII) and then Queen of England (wife of Henry II), mother of King Richard I (the Lionheart) and King John. From the look she can give you, she knows she deserves it too.

Our cat is Rocket J Squirrelly Cat. We’ve never had a cat that gets the Zoomies so often.

They would have told you his full name last year, too, Arlo. It’s an annual physical after all.

We do the same with out cats’ names.

My cat’s name was short…….“Dam Cat !”

I thought his full name was Luddite.

Luna doesn’t need more than “Luna”. I mean, she’s named for Roman Goddess of the Moon…

Our Russian Blue, Earl Grey’s full name was “Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.”

Well, seems Luddie can at least Count to lll…

My Vet’s postcards use my pet’s name followed by my surname.

Daughter’s cat is Christopher Stalkins. We enjoyed the super bowl add and think the cat does a reasonable imitation as well.

Our previous dog was named Pepper Lucille. When people asked why she had a middle name we would tell them so she would know when we were mad at her.

We had a cat whose full name was “Freya the Nuclear Cat” (she was a beautiful calico)

We’ve had three “red” cats: Little Red Riding Hood, Eric the Red, and King William of Orange.

I was under the impression from a strip long ago that Luddy was even higher up than a count. Arlo specifically said “Make way for his highness, King Kitty!”

My oldest male cat’s full name is “Lord Protector Sir Stripes”. The others are either princes or princesses, except for “King Rex”. Our “Queen Nefertiti” passed away about a year ago and I still can’t call the new oldest female “Queen” yet.

Obviously, the Vet hasn’t…..

Now that Zuzu Belle Angelwings has joined the dearly departed we’re left with only “The Ace Face” (both his name and his title) and Miss Moka AKA “the new pup.”

Awwww! Jimmy. You mean there has been two other cats…. one, slowly replacing the last due to father time since your hippie days? I hope Luddie’s “Mom” isn’t Lady Janis Day III or more ..haha I keed,I keed!

My vet just said Tigre when her actual name was Tigre LaLynn Fluffypants.

One of our kittens was named by the vet trying to take his temp; “Look here Buster!"

In movies and literature, “Counts” are mad vampires~!

Wow! All these years I had assumed Arlo was a Beethoven fan!

Quilting Mouse? Oh. Ok.

When my tuxedo cat Marshall died, I walked into an animal shelter and the first cage had Marshall in it! It was uncanny. This cat had the exact same white mark in the same place on his upper lip!!! I named him Marshall Too. Different personality but you could never identify who was who in photos without checked the dates.

That „was“ the full name? So „Luddie“ has been an actual re-naming, not just a petname?
