That really happened last night on “The Good Doctor”. Instead of new resident this season, the hospital is teaching students still in medical school. The girl went to Youtube when her supervisor (the autistic savant who is the main character) was out of the room. She did the procedure well, but the fact that she went to a how-to video was not a good sign. And she messed up many more times which made me wonder if she would be back.
Robot surgeons can operate on the prostate and NOT sever, nick, or otherwise damage certain nerves that contribute to male pleasure. This all on hearsay as I have not had any requirement for surgery in that area.
