Not a big fan of Daylight Saving Time, myself, like standard time more.

Floof can spring over to her breakfast bowl one glorious hour early on Sunday.

A good morning to be a cat, a not-so-good morning for us poor humans.

Why, oh why, do we change our clocks twice a year.

I prefer DST because it gets so dark early otherwise.

Floof would appreciate this song from the Irish Drinking Songs For Cat Lovers album: Lord Of the Pounce.

Thank you for reminding me, Floof, and we’ll set the clocks forward, together, when I get up! Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

At least for the spring time change, furkids’ “feed me now” alarm clock will go off an hour later

Those back feet look as big as Earnie the Snowshoe Hare’s. And absolutely magnificent toe beans to spring us forward.

Bills have been introduced to forego the DLST in my state and surrounding states. All of them have clauses that state, if the following states make it so. So far none have. I personally don’t care if it is permanent “regular time” or DLST, or even split the difference and move the clock hand back or fwd 30 minutes. Just leave it the H E double hockey sticks alone!

it supposedly was instituted to save energy on lighting, in the new LED era it doesn’t save enough to justify the misery it causes

we live by Zero Dog Thirty=get up it’s morning; Dog O’Clock=meal time; Door Dash= I need to potty; and barking Bed Scratch=it’s late people, come to bed. Any other time is unimportant to the resident fur baby.

DST would be more popular if it was re-branded as Floof Forward.

My child called me after work today and mentioned something about time changing. I said it didn’t happen yet; we change clocks tonight. She was confused. She can pretty much set her hours at work. She did wonder why her child was up at the normal time today and not earlier. I told her she just had a practice time change and can do the real one now. Her alarm is digital and so are the clocks at work – she just assumed they all changed overnight. Honestly, she is smarter than that.

The UK doesn’t change the clocks on the same days as the US. Really messes with my BBC Radio 4 listening.

Nancy, you really excel at drawing “groggy” and “perturbed” with the same brush strokes at the same time. Also, you let Floof reset the clocks forward … nice job!

It could be worse. China is 5 times zones wide but everyone is on Beijing time. That’s like living on the west coast of the USA but with your clock is the same as one hour east of NYC.
