According to a friend (and also, The Economist), it’s actually a Loong, not the fire breathing dragon we westerners believe it to be. And the loong is relatively peaceful and good natured. Happy New Year.

There’s my problem, I eat oatmeal for almost every morning for 23 years now. It is Irish oatmeal and not that cardboard Quaker stuff, though. Maybe that makes it OK. I have healthy glucose and A1C levels since doing it though, maybe I am lucky!
