NATIONAL WHITE SHIRT DAY/WHITE T-SHIRT DAY. I’m wearing an orange sweat shirt today.

NATIONAL PEPPERMINT PATTY DAY. I have a few peppermint patties! I must make it a point to eat one

NATIONAL PORK RIND DAY

NATIONAL INVENTORS’ DAY

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. I won’t be watching. I really couldn’t care less about the game, the commercials or the halftime show.

I just went back to read yesterday’s comments and realized I didn’t do my daily list of “holidays”! I guess I was more tired than I thought I was!

Yesterday was:

NATIONAL CREAM CHEESE BROWNIE DAY. Sounds good, but I don’t have any. I did eat a couple freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, though.

NATIONAL UMBRELLA DAY

NATIONAL HOME WARRANTY DAY

I’m sure our boy has other plans for the day. . Calvin and Hobbes is one of Watterson’s best Sunday strips ever today.

Even fleas think Chesney is a stinker. Of course, they wouldn’t dare go anywhere near Lily. That would be considered suicide. That’s one interesting looking flea. On another note, saw a rabbit and seven chickadees while out walking today.
