If my body’s ever found on a jogging trail, just know I was murdered elsewhere and dumped there.

The runner’s ‘high’ is real. You get in shape, and you feel GREAT!

Back in the dark ages of the late 60s, early 70s my fiance and lead singer and I used to run about 10 miles a day to be in shape for the multiple shows we did, now, many decades later I realized the best thing about running was stopping.

The best thing about running is deciding it’s not for you. We both prefer walking, in some sort of natural setting, with water gives us bonus points for health activity.

The only way you’ll get me to run is if someone is chasing me.

yes, he’ll live a long and happy life with artificial knees, hips, weak ankles in a wheel chair with his enlarged lungs sagging like the old rubber balloons, once they were blown up they never returned to original shape, just sagged limp like! His friends will flock to his house the go to the local hangout for beer and wings. many happy days!!!

Running would require too much effort, he’s still working on standing up.

Nope. Walking and bicycling and swimming are enough for me. Besides, I don’t want to get fitted for a running blade.
